Florida's criminal justice system was not designed for speed though one might have hoped it would have been designed to provide justice.

But failing to attend a pretrial often results in the bond being revoked and an arrest warrant being issued. So an arrest is just the beginning. Now the real work for your defense lawyer begins by persuading the prosecutor and judge during the early stages of the case that you are not just a case number and that you should be treated with fairness
